We showcase your piece in our store and online channels, and once it sells, you receive payment based on the agreed-upon consignment terms. It’s an excellent way to achieve the best return while we handle the marketing and buyer outreach.

 

Consignment can often yield a higher return because it gives us time to match your piece with the right buyer rather than selling it at wholesale value. If you’re not in a hurry, consignment is a great option for fine or unique pieces that deserve premium placement.

 

Yes, we offer both trade-in opportunities toward other fine jewelry and select consignment services for exceptional pieces. Our goal is to help you receive the highest possible return in the way that best suits your needs.

 

We specialize in estate, antique, and fine jewelry, including gold, platinum, diamond, and gemstone pieces. While we focus on higher-quality items, we’re happy to review any jewelry you’d like to bring in — and if we’re not the right fit, we’ll guide you toward other options.

 

We typically accept fine, designer, or estate pieces in excellent condition — such as diamond rings, antique necklaces, signed items (Cartier, Tiffany & Co., etc.), or distinctive vintage pieces. Each item is reviewed individually to ensure it fits our clientele and showroom standards.

How do I know if my jewelry has resale value?

Many factors influence a piece’s resale value — including its designer, era, materials, gemstone quality, and condition. Signed pieces, antique jewelry, or items featuring high-quality diamonds or colored stones often hold strong market value. We carefully evaluate each item to provide an honest, professional assessment.

 

Our in-house experts perform a comprehensive evaluation that includes visual inspection, gem testing, metal analysis, and market comparison. We consider both intrinsic value (materials) and collectible value (design, age, rarity, and brand).

 

We understand the curiosity that comes with wanting to know your jewelry’s value, even if you’re not ready to part with it. However, we only provide evaluations for items that are being consigned with us. This ensures each piece is assessed thoroughly, accurately, and within a professional resale context. We are happy to provide you with a professional jewelry appraisal for a fee of $175 per item if you don’t wish to consign.

How do I get started?

You can schedule a private appointment or stop by our showroom for a preliminary consultation. Please bring any available documentation — such as receipts, certificates, or appraisals — though they’re not required. We’ll review your pieces and discuss your best options.

Condition, Repairs & Display

What if my jewelry needs repair before it can be consigned?

If your jewelry requires minor repair or restoration before being displayed for sale, we’re happy to take care of that for you. Any necessary repair costs will be deducted from the final amount we pay you once your piece sells — no upfront payment required.
If you choose not to proceed with consignment after repairs are completed, you’ll need to cover the repair cost before your jewelry is returned. We’ll always get your approval before any work is done, so there are no surprises.

 

Your jewelry will be professionally displayed in our boutique and may also be featured online through our website and social media channels. Each item is presented with care, proper lighting, and accurate descriptions to attract discerning buyers.

 

Absolutely. All items are handled with the utmost care and security. Evaluations take place in a monitored, professional setting, and your jewelry never leaves our possession without your consent. 

 

The Consignor shall, at its own expense, maintain insurance coverage on the Goods while they are in the Consignee’s possession.

 

Pricing, Terms & Timeframes

How do you determine the listing price?

Our experts assess your piece based on current market trends, brand desirability, materials, and craftsmanship. We’ll discuss a fair selling range with you and agree on pricing before your piece is displayed or listed.

 

We ask that you keep your pieces with us for a minimum of 90 days. This gives us the best opportunity to connect your jewelry with the right buyer.

 

The 90-day consignment period allows us the proper time to showcase your piece to the right audience and achieve the best possible return. Fine and estate jewelry often takes time to reach the ideal buyer who appreciates its craftsmanship, history, and value.
During this period, we display your jewelry in-store and online, feature it in marketing, and share it with our network of collectors. Quality jewelry deserves the right buyer — not just the first one.
If you wish to adjust the price, extend the agreement, or retrieve your item before the term ends, we’re happy to discuss flexible options.

 

There are no upfront fees to consign. A commission is deducted from the final sale price once your jewelry sells which covers marketing and handling. All terms are clearly discussed before consignment begins.

If your piece doesn’t sell within the agreed consignment period, you may renew the term, adjust the price, or retrieve your item at any time. There are no hidden fees or penalties — your jewelry remains your property until it’s sold.

 

Once the transaction is complete, payment is issued on the first of month. This allows time for processing, returns, and final verification to ensure accuracy and security for both parties.
